Drain inspection is an important part of our work - using the latest equipment our operatives inspect new drainage installations on building projects for contractors to ensure the drain has been installed correctly & without damage.
The survey is recorded onto video/dvd and provided to the contractor with a computer generated report. Plans can be marked up accordingly, which is what main contractors & clients require to garauntee the quality of works.
Investigation of recurring blockages, leaks etc, can be carried out via survey equipment - structural faults & defects can also be highlighted and remedial works subsequently programmed.
We carry out domestic surveys to detect faults and also carry out pre-purchase surveys for people buying properties to ensure peace of mind and no nasty surprises later which always impact on their purse.
